I like working… but Love downtime! Work helps fill the void of time, still, it’s overrated, and have multiple other preferences.

I do like to have small dinner parties, but have put on a spread for hundreds. Besides cooking and entertaining I do enjoy camping. Although since my husband passed over four years ago, it’s been difficult.
I don’t think you truly appreciate a person until they’re gone.

I don’t have a lot of friends, but the ones I have, I can count on and that is what I am primarily looking for.
I would be there for them and vice a versa. Someone to share the campsite in the summer & fall and perhaps plan winter trips.

Traveling is great, although I have not traveled as much as I would like. Previously I have gone to Hawaii, many vacations to various parts of Florida, Texas and have the luxury of going on my first cruise, which made various stops at the ports of the Caribbean. Recently, I ventured to Utah for a Mormon wedding, but other than that, I do not like to travel alone.

I do have a roommate who is my best friend over 25 years and it is nice to share our day, have meals together, entertain, but she does not like to camp or travel.

Like everyone as we get older things happen with our health besides our obvious health status, still I manage to keep things in check and I don’t want to let a few details slow me down from enjoying life.

I used to play a lot of chess and scrabble, but even though I got an electronic chess game for Christmas and have a deluxe scrabble game, I find myself feeling rather inadequate.

I have a lot of photo albums that I would like to digitize, but have trouble finding the motivation to do so. I know if I do this, it would make a great family gift.

I would like to exercise more, walk daily, but since my dogs have passed, I would not walk alone. My roommate, although she could use the exercise word walk with me, but at a very slow pace.

Are used to swim a lot, but I’m a very vain person and as you get older we are combover can only do so much. Also, I am self proclaimed critic, of my legs which don’t fit my personal litmus test.

I am not a very religious person, but do you believe in a higher power…. Both my younger brothers have tried to mentor me. They remind me that just being good person is not enough.

Over the past four years, I have not been looking for anything in particular, but when I have, I’ve been looking in all the wrong places. There has been some interest, but apparently drugs seem to be their priority.
I am not a hypocrite, I have tried my fair share in my younger days and now and then an occasional joint.
Just at this point in time in my life, I don’t need that juvenile Lifestyle.
